Capacity Building Workshop for Rural Development

New Delhi:- Community Development Department of Human Welfare Foundation has organized one day Training cum Capacity Building work shop on 18 Dec 2017 at Delhi.
HWF under its flagship program Vision 2026, has trying to improve the quality lives from poor and socially excluded section of the society through its Gramin Dosti-Model Village and Nagrik Vikas Kendre projects.
State coordinators and projects incharge from Assam, Bihar, Delhi, Haryana UP East and West, West Bengal including all concern dept. heads were participated.
Renowned researcher and trainer U Nisar Ahmed IPS from Bangalore deliver a training session followed by Q & A. HWF Sec. Mr. Rafeek Ahmed welcome the chair and lighted Vision2026 objectives and its initiatives.
In second session Dr. Habiburrehaman Social Work Dept. JMI presented the idea of Gramin Dosti -Model Village Adoption Project and Project Incharge Dr. Shiraz S. introduced about the Nagrik Vikas Kendra Govt. Schemes awareness Project.  NVKs centre incharges from Nanpara, UP East, Suiti West Begnal and Shikrawa, Haryana shared their experiences. U. Nisar Ahmed IPS has given his valuable remarks on proper implementation Govt Schemes.
Next day by recitation of holy Quran session was started and all participants were instructed to recall and share the most important lesson learnt by the first day training one by one.
Gen. Sec T. Arif Ali Sb brief about the current scenario and emphasized over the Methodology and objectives of Vision2026.
Quarterly reports of 12 adopted villages were presented, under the light of decisions taken in previous meeting. An open discussions was started, Stete Coordinators and HODs and Project heads from Education and Eco. Empowerment Dept., Social Welfare and Comm. Dev. DeptRelief & Rehabilitation Dept.Project Dev. Dept., Pub. Relations and Resource Mobilization Dept, and Accounts & Finance Management Dept.  were actively participated and share their experiences.
Vice Chairman Mammuni KK, T. Arif Ali Gen. Sec . and Mr PK Noufal CEO incharge brief about lacking and encourage to adopt the qualities for to meet out the challenges of this fields. Gramin Dosti Project Incharge Asif Anwar managed the sessions.
