A scholarship cheque distribution program was organized for students adopted from the Bodoland Territorial Area Districts (BTAD) who have successfully graduated from The Scholar Schools in Guwahati and Howrah. These accomplished students are currently pursuing various courses in different universities. A total of 16 students were recipients of the scholarship cheques.
The program took place at The Scholar School in Guwahati, where Azmal Hussain Barbhuiya, Registrar of the University of Science and Technology Meghalaya (USTM), and Sahabuddin Ahmed, Superintendent of the Secondary Education Board of Assam (SEBA), distributed the scholarship cheques and engaged in interactive sessions with the students. The program was presided over by Abdur Rahman, Secretary of The Scholar School, Guwahati. This initiative aims to support and encourage academic excellence among adopted students, fostering their continued educational journey.
